About Dr. Vikram Chauhan Dr. Vikram Chauhan was born on 8th Sept.1973, in Chandigarh, India. He studied till higher secondary in Chandigarh,his home town, and later on he joined in 1993, Dayanand Ayurvedic Medical College, in Jalandhar, Punjab. The BAMS( Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) course was Five and Half years regular degree course.He cleared his degree in 1998 and completed his 6 months internship in 1999. Then Dr. Vikram Chauhan cleared MD entrance examination in the state of Punjab and stood 2nd in the whole state and joined MD in Ayureveda. He also started his own clinic and searched for herbs useful in Heart Diseases. He is now running his clinic in Chandigarh since last 3 years and is working in the field of Ayurveda exploring ancient Ayurvedic rememdies for dreadful diseases of today's world.
About the Family Dr. Vikram loves everyone in his family. He is the youngest of all his family members. His Father is a retired Government Class I officer, and mother is also a retired Head Mistress from a Punjab Government School,elder brother is a businessman and running his own jewellery shop in Panchkula near Chandigarh and is married. Dr. Vikram has one sister and she is also married. His brother in law is also running electronics business in Panchkula.Dr.Vikram is running his own ayurvedic treatment centre in Chandigarh.Only Ayurvedic medicines are prescribed and used at his ayurvedic treatment centre. He loves to spread ayurveda and preaches about natural laws of healing in the society and is a firm believer of Ayurvedic science. His aim is to bring Ayurveda as frontline healthcare system in India as well as other parts of world. He loves telling people more and more about Ayurveda, and is working on spreading information about this field of Medicine all over the world.
